The purpose of this course is to help technicians become stronger representatives of their company by improving how they communicate with customers, coworkers, and managers, how they handle pressure and conflict, and how they show up professionally on every job site.
Course Details
- Fully online training program
- 10-week course length
- 2 to 3 hours per week
- Self-paced online training with (5) live remote instructor-led sessions
- Weekly field application through guided practice
